Stephanie gave us a tour of the property and was so thorough. She made sure to ask what we'd like in our new home as to accommodate us as best as possible. She pointed out things we wouldn't have noticed, such as how much storage was in the unit.
The apartments themselves are well kept. The pool is nice and there's a lot of parking. The price is unbeatable for the area and it's in such a good area - close to shopping and food.
Been here since June and it’s everything I asked for. Been here for months now and my unit has yet to need maintenance, it’s very spacious and comfortable. Stephanie was amazing and responded to my calls in a timely manner. However, the only issue I’ve been having is their response to noise complaints. I do work from home and is usually home majority of the day. There’s a tenant about me that plays their music at minimum 7 hours a day with multiple people constantly going in and out at night all I hear is bass and vibrations at night. The staff has tried to call them numerous times to no avail which should be obvious. There should be some sort of next course of action to get this resolved. I shouldn’t be able to make out what song or movie you’re watching at night while I’m trying to sleep. Unit 10/10, staff personalities and attitude 10/10, I just got unlucky with an annoying resident. I would recommend them to anyone.
When I first went the apartments looked very nice and the lobby smelled really good. Stefany S. The associate was so polite, professional, and great. She answered every question I had and was amazing at helping me understand everything. Hence first time moving out alone, she explained everything and was amazing at helping. I’ll give a 5 star review for sure.

I have been living here for over 2 years and I would not recommend! The only reason I did not move is because I did not want the hassle and they have pretty decent sized units. But I wish I left earlier. There has been several times different staff have explained things wrong. Most recent example is I called the office when I got a lease renewal contract sent. I explained I’m not sure what I am doing yet so. I said I may want to check other apartments in the complex to see if I can find something more reasonable (because my rent increased around 250 for a one bedroom) but I was not sure if I wanted to stay with the complex. The girl on the phone said she couldn’t give me prices this soon and then Explained i don’t have to do anything I have until 30 days. I asked her if she was sure because I didn’t know if I’m staying and she said “it was fine”. And to call back in July when she had more information. I decided not to stay and I go to put in my notice they say I have to stay 60 days so I can’t leave until 18 days after my original lease ends and at a rate of almost 2000 dollars. They said it’s 30 days for a transfer but 60 days for the notice. I tried to explain the woman I spoke with did not explain that to me and they said there’s nothing they can do and it’s on the lease. I should not been so naive as to listening to someone without getting it in writing but I still feel they should be held accountable or keep my rent the same because of the miscommunication. There been a lot more problems . Like neighborhood kids throwing fireworks on peoples cars almost hitting mine and they said they couldn’t do anything, giving us 2 days notice to clear our patios so they could paint and pressure wash and if we didn’t we were responsible for the damages. Called to explain I can’t move these things by myself and I have no where for my patio furniture to go and they basically said I’d just have to risk it being damaged. There’s been many other instances and I don’t want to make this too long but this isn’t a great place. They do not care about you here! I was lured in with promises of a great community, safe, a lot of events. Which is not what I got. The pool is always closed, gate is constantly broken, and they don’t really do anything about problem tenants and they’ve only had about 4 events in the 2 years I’ve been here.
i’ve lived here for almost a year and honestly, this place is not worth the price. the model units look nice but buyer beware. I have maintenance requests still unanswered from the time i moved in, including my front door not closing properly and blowing open with the wind. my portal didn’t allow me to submit them and I was assured by the office that they would have everything taken care of (not). there was a time span of about 3.5 weeks in the summer of 2021 that maintenance crews for the lawn were nowhere to be found, so the grass was overgrown and the mosquitoes were horrible, despite every resident paying for pest control as a part of their fees in the lease. there are many dead plants (see attached photos) throughout the complex that have been dead for over a year and the lawn crews have done nothing about it. the sidewalks were cracked and uneven when I moved in, and although they have been fixed, the complex didn’t bother to put dirt or sod in next to the finished sidewalk so there are holes that you could easily trip over if you weren’t paying attention (see attached photos) the balcony and stair railings are in desperate need of re-painting, as the paint is literally flaking off (see attached photos) also the buildings need a pressure wash as mold or mildew or both are on the stone facade. (see attached photos) other than general upkeep issues, the office never informs you of packages delivered to them, and I even had them lose a package of mine for several weeks claiming it had not been delivered when it had been. every time i’ve ever interacted with the office staff they have been rude or had terrible attitudes, including the day I moved in when I scheduled a move in window from 1-4 and showed up at 2 to a locked office with no one to be found. the location is pretty good and the floorplans are nice but it’s not worth the sub par service and lack of upkeep.
The staff here is amazing, everyone here is kind and always looks for your best interest. Stefany gave me a very thorough tour and was very informative. I’ve had no complaints since I’ve been here. This has been an amazing opportunity for me.

I just completed my tour of the property and was really impressed that the apartment looked liked the pictures online. It is in a great neighborhood. Stephanie was the best tour guide. She explained everything very thoroughly and was pleasant to talk to. I look forward to working with her more in the future!
